The National Gang Symposium is held every three years and has historically drawn more than 1,300 attendees from around the United States and several other countries. The event is hosted by the Bureau of Justice Assistance, the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, the National Gang Center, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Exhibiting at the symposium will allow your company to introduce products and services to individuals and agencies that work directly with the gang problem in the fields of law enforcement, education, criminal justice, government, social services, and grassroots community agencies.
For-profit businesses: $400
Nonprofit or governmental agencies: No fee
Exhibitors are carefully selected by the National Gang Center. Each exhibitor must complete an Exhibitor Application Form. Approved exhibitors will receive a 6-foot skirted table in a location that will be proximate to symposium events. Exhibitors who require a phone, Internet, or power connection will need to make arrangements with Angela Roach, events manager, Caribe Royale Hotel. The best way to contact Ms. Roach is via e-mail at aroach@cariberoyale.com. Exhibitors are responsible for making these arrangements directly with the hotel and for any associated costs.
The exhibit fee for for-profit businesses covers the cost of one symposium registration. If you plan to send additional personnel, these individuals must be registered to attend the symposium. Nonprofit or governmental agencies must pay to register personnel to attend the symposium in order to receive exhibit space.
Setup for displays will be available beginning at 7:00 a.m. on June 7, 2011. The symposium schedule can be accessed on our schedule page.
