Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. The cut-off date for the special symposium rate was May 16; however, the hotel will continue to honor this rate on a space-available basis.

A special rate of $90 per night, plus tax, single or double occupancy is available to all symposium attendees at the Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel and Convention Center, where all symposium functions will take place. There are no other hotels within walking distance.

Each suite at the Caribe Royale can accommodate up to four people and includes a spacious living room (with a pull-out, queen-size sofa bed) and a private bedroom with two queen-size beds or one king-size bed. Suites also include a mini-refrigerator, coffeemaker, and microwave. The Caribe Royale provides free transportation to Orlando attractions, including Walt Disney World, Sea World, and other theme parks.

For families or other groups, a special symposium rate of $215 per night is available for the Caribe Royale’s on-site villas. These two-bedroom, fully-furnished villas include a king master suite, a second bedroom with two queen-sized beds, and a separate living room furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. They can accommodate four to eight people. All villas also include a full kitchen and dining area.

Air and Ground Transportation

Participants traveling by air should plan to fly into the Orlando International Airport (MCO) - www.orlandoairports.net.

Driving Directions

From the Orlando Airport, take 417 South (Central Florida Greenway) to Exit 6 (World Center Drive). Follow World Center Drive west past the International Drive intersection. The Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel is on the right side (north) of World Center Drive. Tolls for this route will total $2.50.

Shuttle service to and from the airport is approximately $21 per person through Mears Transportation. Taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is approximately $58.
